Frequently asked questions

CheeseFest is held in a number of locations around the UK. Please take a look at our locations tab for the closest one to you!
Most of our events are over a Saturday & Sunday, Open from: 10:00 – 18:00
When is the last time I can enter the festival?
We operate a last entry policy, which will be 17:30 on both Saturday and Sunday
Do I need a Ticket for Cheesefest Uk?
Yes you will need a ticket as most of our events do sell out in advance.
All Cheesefest tickets are sold as arrival time sessions;
10:00 - 12:00 , 12:00 - 14:00 , 14:00 - 16:00 , 16:00 - 18:00
These are arrival times to save you waiting in large queues.
Please note that each city may have slightly different session times. Please check local listings for all changes to Sessions Times.
Will all the cheese traders always be the same?
No, although we tour with many regular favourites, our traders and stalls at every event have different traders and also local traders. We will always do our best to provide as much variety as possible according to the size of the event
What's included in my ticket price?
The ticket price for CheeseFest is for entry, entertainment & depending on the city, demonstrations we may have. The ticket price also helps us cover other associated costs with running events of this size.
Do I have to pay for cheese even after I have paid for my ticket?
Although we would love to run an all you can eat cheese event for £3-25 tickets, this just would be impossible for us to do.
Each of our independent vendors have their own pricing. Hot street food will be around the £5 mark, and our artisan traders will depend on the type of cheese and weight you wish to purchase.
Our vendors are some of the UK's best artisan traders with a huge range of cheese available. They are happy to talk you through the different varieties of cheese on offer to help you find the right taste.
This does mean that they will offer you tastes or samples of the cheese when finding you the cheese of your dreams, but they do not offer a complimentary buffet of cheese to graze over.
If i have tickets 1400 - 16:00 and i arrive at 15:55 will i get in?
We would always suggest you arrive giving enough time to enter the event within your session arrival time, but you will still be let into CheeseFest although priority will be given to those with the next session time if you do miss the arrival slot.
What if i miss my session arrival slot?
Of course you can still come to cheese fest, but if there is a large queue priority will be given to those in the queue with that arrival slot ticket.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased from our main ticket partner Eventbrite or our other affiliate partners.
